Our People

Lay Kheng was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2001. She started her legal career in one of the largest law firms in Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to her legal practice, Lay Kheng was a Police Inspector with the Royal Malaysian Police. During service in the force, she had served as an Operation Officer with the Special Branch and subsequently as an Investigation Officer in the Criminal Investigation Department.

Lay Kheng leads our Litigation Department. Her principal areas of practice are banking and insolvency litigation, commercial litigation, corporate litigation, land law litigation, probate and administration, asset and debt recovery, property acquisition and disposition, enforcement of foreign judgment, family law, corporate advisory and criminal law.
