Yu Keen focuses his legal practice on an extensive range of civil and commercial litigations. His experience includes successfully intervening into and setting aside a multi-million-ringgit scheme of arrangement and restraining order against a leading property developer, recovering proceeds from a contract made in contravention of the law, and overseeing the coordination of 5 correlated lawsuits involving an unlawful investment scheme with a combined total of 600 foreign and domestic plaintiffs.

He is well versed in civil procedures and has obtained leave to sanction a court convened meeting while simultaneously restraining all current and future legal proceedings for a financially distressed company in a corporate rescue exercise worth over RM20 millions.

Notably, Yu Keen has appeared as the lead counsel at trial and has secured favourable judgment for his client. He also regularly undertakes advisory work and has assisted clients with various corporate agreements, trademark registrations and intellectual property matters.

He obtained his postgraduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia after graduating from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws degree where he held the distinction of being a book prize recipient.
