Shi Ying is a Senior Legal Associates, Head of Secondary Property Market with the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2015.

Shi Ying has vast experience in conveyancing and corporate matters. She specializes in real estate transactions where she has acted for local and foreign clients on matters relating to disposal and acquisition properties, leases, tenancies, developer’s projects and land development matters.

Her area of practice also includes banking and finance, corporate advisory and commercial matters. She advises various banking and financial institutions including assisting with the preparation of the relevant documentation pertaining to project financing, property financing and corporate banking. She also handles wills and estate administration matters.

Experienced in advising international clients as well, Shi Ying is a multilingual lawyer who can converse fluently in English, Malay and Chinese.
