Tan Jia Ming graduated from University of London, with a Bachelor of Laws degree and obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in year 2023. Thereafter, he began his pupillage at Messrs Desmond Chan & Jeff Law under the guidance of Pupil Master. Ms Ng Su Zhen.

During his pupillage time, Jia Ming was exposed to various areas of practice but mainly concentrated on real estate, banking and corporate matters.

Upon the completion of his pupillage, he was called to Malaysian Bar and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025. The Firm offered and Jia Ming accepted a place in the Firm and is now a Legal Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Conveyancing Division.
